Mountain guide UIAGM – Luchon – Aneto – Pyrénées

Born in Tarbes at the foot of the Pyrenees in 1983, I arrived in Luchon for my studies at the Lycée professionnelle du bois and discovered climbing and mountaineering thanks to the local mountain club, the Luchon Haute Montagne.

At the end of my studies I went to work in Marseille, but the Calanques was not enough for me, so after a year I came back to Luchon.

Then I intensified my mountain activities and learned to ski (a little late). I had the opportunity to be part of the FFME Pyrenees mountaineering hopeful team, and the desire to share my passion led me to the profession of high mountain guide.

Living at the rhythm of the seasons, in winter I am a ski-patrol with the specialties of avalanche dog handler and artificial avalancher, at the Luchon-Superbagnères ski resort. In spring and summer I guide mainly in the Pyrenees, then the off-season is dedicated to expeditions.

In the mountains you will easily recognize me with my red pompom beret, traditional headdress of the Luchon guides.

I speak English like a Frenchman, so you will have to be patient and not laugh too much at my accent and when I mix words.
My wish: To make you discover and cross the mountains in all seasons on foot, with crampons, at your fingertips, with ice axes, or on skis.
